Shipping Policy
All merchandise will be shipped every Wednesday through USPS Standard Mail.  DVD’s and merchandise that are ordered Wednesday will not be shipped till the Wednesday of the following week. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days or, as much as 14 business days, dependant upon distance of location. Shipping can be delayed due to holidays and weather, please keep this in mind while ordering.

Return/Refund Policy
 Clarke Kent Pictures prepares DVDs and merchandise to be shipped in protective envelopes or wrapped in plastic if necessary. All merchandise is shipped through USPS, unless other arrangements have been made and paid for by contacting us at clarkekent_customerservice@yahoo.com. DVDs and merchandise are packed in such a way that they should arrive in good condition. Clarke/Kent Pictures is not responsible for merchandise once it has been shipped.
 
If you order a large amount of merchandise call your post office and make arrangements to pick it up so that it dose not get shipped back.
 
We do not ship internationally.
